Tuina Anmo or more commonly "Tuina" is the massage therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Tuina is practiced in the country of origin, China, in TCM departments of large hospitals. Due to the wide range of applications, both external (musculoskeletal system) and internal complaints (organs, emotions) can be accompanied holistically and integratively to modern medicine. In and outside China, Tuina is also offered as a soothing massage in studios.

 

Typical for Tuina is the adapted way of working, which contains profound dynamic but at the same time pleasant calming techniques. Tuina includes not only the special Chinese massage techniques, but also complementary manual procedures such as Gua Sha, cupping and moxibustion.
